Textile Insulation

We produce textile insulations, also called pillows or mattresses in our own facility. They have a fabric on the outside and a filling on the inside.
We have several different fabrics, which we can use to create your product, depending on the desired option.
Among others, the following features are possible:

• Water resistant
• Oil resistant
• Vibration enduring
• Anti static
• Clean of silicone
• Stainless steel reinforced
• Aluminium concealed
• Acid-proof

These mattresses are temperature resistant up to 850 °C.  The more precise you can state the temperature, the better and also cheaper it will become for you. We can pre-form the matresses on demand, so they will fit better to the to be insulated object (for example a valve).
