- Explanation of variants:
- Silicone Standard: Only the golden metal sheet on top is insulated with on layer of glass fiber with silicone coating.
- Silicone wind protection: Additionally the sides are insulated and can be attached to the main part via hook and loops. This improves the insulating effect but has to be opened before each opening of the smoker.
- Full cover insulation: The hood and the sides are insulated with a 10mm glass fibre needle mat, wrapped in silicone coated glass fibre.
- Full Cover Insulation - Hook And Loops: Like 3. but can be attached like described in 2, which improves the insulating effect.
- The silicone coating (260°C) is waterproof and hence easy to clean.
- The high temperature version on the other hand withstands double as high tempertures (550°C).
- These tempertures refer to the surface of the grill. The cooking chamber has a much higher.
- The wind protection version is closed on both sides, keeping the heat inside.
- The standard version follows the contour of the hood and is suitable fo example for spit roasting
- For mounting, the handle bar must be removed once.
- The full cover insulation is designed as dexcribed below:
- High temperature Fabric on the inside (550°C)
- Reflective silver on the inside (180°C)
- 10mm insulation thickness
- Wind-protection version
- Easily mountable and demountable via hook and look
- Example by first customer: Pizzas only need 2 minutes instead of 4-5 minutes
