- The silicone coating (260°C) is easier to clean and is water repellent
- The high temperature version endures twice as much temperatures (up to 550°C)
- These temperatures mean the surface of the grill. The surface temperature is much lower than the cooking chamber temperatures
- The Wind protection version is closed on both sides and keeps the temperature better on the inside
- The standard version follows the side contour of the hood so you can use it for spit roast
