The high-temperature version can withstand more than twice as high temperatures (550°C).
The surface of the grill cover is always taken as the starting point, and the grill thermometer indicates the cooking chamber temperature.
The windbreak variant is closed on the sides and keeps the temperature better.
The standard variant has the shape of the hood and is suitable for spit roast.
