Information about contract formation and procedure of order
I. Information about contract formation
All offers in our shop are nonbinding. Your order expresses a binding order towards us for a formation of a contract. To place a binding order, you need to reigster and login in our online shop. There will be the option to fulfill an order when clicking on buy after loging in.
II. Registering
To register, please follow the below shown instruction:
a) Before placing an order
1. You can register even before shopping our products.
2. For this, you click in the navigation bar on the button "Login".
3. Now you can see the login page. You can find the button "Next" under the caption "I am a new customer and would like to register".
4. This opens a form where you can enter your data. Data marked with (*) are mandatory, all others are unsolicitous.
5. After entering your data, click on the button "Next". This ends your registration.
6. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation E-Mail for confirming your registration. You are now registered and can proceed with orders on your account.
b) During the order
1. You can choose products from our shop and put them into your shopping cart.
2. After completion of your order, you can proceed by clicking on "Checkout".
3. Now you can see the login page. You can find the button "Next" under the caption "I am a new customer and would like to register".
4. This opens a form where you can enter your data. Data marked with (*) are mandatory, all others are unsolicitous.
5. After entering your data, click on the button "Next". This ends your registration.
6. Afterwards you will receive a confirmation E-Mail for confirming your registration. You are now registered and can proceed with orders on your account.
III. Technical processing of an order
1. To order you can choose on the respective sites the desired products. This can be done by clicking the buttons "show" or "buy now".
2. The next site will open up now, showing the choosen products and their ordered amounts.
3. Afterwards, click on the button "add to shopping cart". This will open your shopping cart, showing what is inside.
4. If you would like to discover more products, you can hit "proceed to order". This way you will come back to the products of the shop. You can now proceed and add products to your shopping cart.
5. If you have made all your choices, click on the button "Checkout" in your shopping cart.
6. This will open a the login page. You can now login to your account or register as new customer (to learn more, please see point II) or proceed to checkout when you have already been logged in.
a) If you are not registered yet, click on "I am a new customer" on the button "next". It will open the form in which you can create an account (Please see Point. II "creating an account"). After successfully creating an account you can proceed your order as registered customer.
b) If you are already registered but you were not logged in while choosing the products, you can enter your e-mail-address and passwort in the respective input fields. Afterwards hit the login button.
c) If you were already logged in, a button will be shown, called " Checkout". Now you can see the shipping methods.
7. You can now choose your preferred delivery address by clicking on the button "change address". Furthermore you can choose the shipping method, where you can also see the delivery costs. Afterwards you confirm your made choices by clicking on "next".
8. You will now get to the page "Paying Methods" where you can choose your desired paying method by clicking on it.
9. Furthermore you need to tick the box " I have read the general terms and conditions as well as the conditions of delivery". The choice can be confirmed by clicking on "next".
10. A new side will be opened, showing the whole order. You can still check and change your order. By clicking on "Buy" you submit your binding offer towards us about the products in your shopping cart.
11. Immediately after receipt of your order you will obtain an E-Mail with our order confirmation. This concludes the order and makes it binding to both sides. The rules regarding the contract formation are to be found in the GTC.
12. These explanations are available in English and German versions. In the event of any discrepancies between these explanations in the English and/or German languages, the German text shall prevail.
